For port 465 you should (generally) have claws set for ssl/tls.
Did you try port 587 -- it appears to answer as expected. For it you
should have starttls set.
All this depends on the configuration of the server you are
connecting to. I suspect that this is some type of shared hosting, so
you may need to ask the provider what/how they have things set up by
default. If you did the configuration you may need to double check
the setup.
