I'm pleased to say I was able to download and compile V 4.0.0 without problems.
Either it's much simpler than it used to be, or I've learned a bit :p

Anyway, I'm no longer getting that delivery rejection - but not had a reply back
from the other end so I still don't know if it's completely resolved.
