Perhaps not. The mail comes from his own domain, as does mine for
example, and the sender uses Zen as his ISP, as do I. If he also uses
them to host his domain, as I do, then he needs to go to Zen's online
control panel and make the appropriate changes himself.

But as you say, this is nothing to do with claws and Zen has good
technical support that could advise him how to use the facility if he
can't figure it out.
