It's amazing what typing few phrases into your preferred search engine
can do. FYI I set up SPF for my domains years ago, it's quite simple
and took all of 10 minutes.

Claws-Mail is an MUA, it doesn't absolve you from the need to learn in
exactly the same way that other devices and services require this.
