[Users] Can't login to my GMail IMAP acct

I'm not certain what you're not doing, but I just set OAuth2 up
successfully on another of my google accounts. For me that screen
showed 30+ options, and gmail was among them. [you have to enable the
gmail api on an earlier "enable api and services" screen.]

You might do better setting up an app-password while you work through
OAuth2.
