[Users] Stop claws checking IMAP mail

Version 4.1.0git36 (compiled from latest git a couple of days ago)

After shenanigans with Google and their OAuth time wasting nonsense I
found a couple of times I really wanted to stop mail collection, adjust
a setting, and the start again. Configuration is unavailable during
collection.

I have a lot of mail boxes - IMAP only and no POP - to check (lots of
admin ones) and if I use a filter it can take a long time to finish a
collection.

I can see the 'Stop' Sending/Receiving buttons but they seem to be
ignored - at least the 'Scanning' part of receiving.

Any suggestions on stopping all activity?
