Because IPv4 doesn't meet the requirement of enough IP addresses force
more than 10 years. This is why we need to get rid off IPv4 ASAP.
Disabling IPv6 will slow down this process.

Most problem people fix by disabling IPv6 aren't caused by IPv6 - they
are mostly caused by faulty network settings, wrong firewall settings
etc. These problems must be fixed instead of disabling IPv6.
