[Users] How to change the background color on the folder list and message list?

Hi all,

My replacement monitor renders colors differently than the last one,
and now the current folder and the current message both show as black
over dark blue.

I looked all over Configuration=>Preferences, and the
closest thing I found was Configuration=>Preferences=>Display=>Colors,
which didn't change the background color of the current message or
folder.

How do I change the background color of the current message and the
current folder?
