U+200D ZERO WIDTH JOINER (ZWJ) in an e-mail's subject is displayed as a space,
and is replaced with a space character if the user re-edits the e-mail.
This causes [Unicode ZWJ
sequences](https://unicode.org/emoji/charts/emoji-zwj-sequences.html) to be
handled incorrectly.
Similar to bug 4384.
