I know it can be expanded, as I did that with Debian. With the
Mageia install, I can move the mouse anywhere along that border and
will /not/ get a double-arrow cursor anywhere along it. It does not
matter if the window is smaller sized or takes up the entire screen.
The only expansion/contraction I can do is up/down and left/right at
the outer window borders. I also tried this with a second desktop
environment, with the same results, so I will let the Mageia team know,
as this appears to be on their end, not Claws.

That's the genius of being a tester, finding and fixing bugs.  :)
