I noticed that when I right clicked on an email and went to CREATE
PROCESSING FILTER, that the filters are not stored under "Configuration Pre / Post Processing ", 
Instead the rules are stored under the folder that I am working with. Which would be the folder that the
mailgroup's emails are stored in.. Is that okay or should I move the
rules to "Configuration > Pre Processing"
