Update: it wasn't fruitful.  When trying to installed the cross-compiled
EXE, I faced some sort of NSIS error.  I didn't want to investigate
anymore.  My patience and desire to patch CM have worn off.

Thank you, Jonathan.  I have bugged you for more than week now.  I
promise I won't anymore.  Have a pleasant one.
