[Users] The notification plugin's "command to execute" command is not executed

Hi !

How can I get this "pkill -SIGUSR2 -f libmailwatch" executed at new mail
arrival ? This command works when executed on terminal by regular user.
Tried as well command "notify-send 'Test !'". Tried with and without "Only
include selected folders". No any effect.
