[Users] syncing Claws from Windows to Linux?

I have an office computer with Claws on Linux and laptops with both
Linux Mint and Windows 10. I'd like to be use them interchangably and
have routine access from any on them to my addressbook, inbox and
subfolders, sent mail etc.

Is this doable? Can anyone refer me to a howto?
