Edit Group Details says "Move Email Addresses to or from Group with arrow
buttons"  However, there are no arrow buttons.  I did find that addresses can
be moved via Remove/Add and by double-clicking; but no arrows... "- Remove" and
"+ Add" are not arrows.  On first use, it's unclear what Remove will do when an
entry in both columns is highlighted.
