[Users] Running CM on a new box

Having successfully installed CM on my new laptop, and copied both the mail-boxes and  ~/.claws-mail from my desktop, I now have an installation that downloads the mail from all the accounts I receive mail to.

The only remaining problem is that the mail does not get filtered to the relevant mailboxes, in spite of having all the filters showing in Configuration => Filtering

Any idea ?
