[Users] CM 3.19.0 and OAUTH2 Integration Status.

Are the OAUTH2 patches now fully incorporated to 3.19.0 source code?
Patches had to be maually applied when building 3.17.7 under Slackware
in the past.  If upgrading to 3.19.0 today what is needed during build
time to maintain the OAUTH2 connectivity with each IMAP
server (Gmail, Yahoo, Zoho).  Thanks BriaA_MN
