[Users] FAQ Edit Approval Process?

This is probably a question for one or more developers, or whoever
reviews / approves edits to the FAQ.

I submitted a couple of edits to a FAQ page, at which point they showed
up on my version of the page with a notice that they were pending
approval. Currently, these edits don't show up in the public-facing
version of the page, and in my version of the page they are also now
absent and there is no notice regarding pending approval. So, does this
mean:

* 1. The edits were not approved for some reason?

* 2. The edits somehow got 'lost' and I should re-submit them?

* 3. Something else I haven't thought of?
