[Users] Configuration?

I upgraded my wife's computer to Ubuntu 20.04 LTS. I wanted to tweak a
few things and I find the interface has changed. On my computer, I have
a line at the top that reads "File Edit View Message....". That line is
not there on her version of Claws.

How do I turn it on?
