[Users] Firefox, Chromium won't open HTML mail

My firefox is "only" version 92 but I can open 
file:///home/rol/.claws-mailimetmp/00000176.mimetmp.html
without any problem.

And Chrome 95.0.4638.54 (Official Build) does the same.
