That would be:

right clicking on the Inbox folder

going to Processing

Condition: Match Criteria -- Age 

Is older than: 31 days

hit add

Hit Okay

Action: Move to IMAP trash

Hit Add

hit okay

And then add again to add it to the filters list

and then hit Okay for the last time?
