[Users] Get Mail checkbox

Today there was a hickup in my connection to Gmail. This led to numerous
claws error dialogs "Can't connect to IMAP server imap.gmail.com:993".

But all accounts that connect to Gmail have their G checkboxes unchecked,
and all accounts are set to "use global settings" for receive/send. So why
is Gmail still polled?

Restarted Claws but no difference.

Did I misunderstood the purpose of the G (Get Mail) checkbox?
