[Users] Double Emails?

I might of messed up....

Thinking this could be the problem:

I right clicked on my main MH folder and selected REBUILD FOLDER TREE

now I have 2 archive folders for some reason:

One is a MH folder which is correct ( I made a separate directory for my
archived mail) 

and then I have a Archived mail under my main MH folders ( which is
wrong)

Maybe I need to delete the whole Main MH folder and start over? Could
that be causing the double emails?
