DM: Hi, Scott. I've had this same question/issue with my work flow, but
I believe it's hard-coded and probably considered a feature rather than
a bug. My work-around was to go (in the menu) to 'View - Message
Scroll' and then assign my desired hot/shortcut keys to the 'Previous
Page' and 'Next Page' items. I use 'Ctrl + Up (arrow)' and 'Ctrl + Down
(arrow)'. Thus far these have worked fine for me, both in 3.17.8 and
now in 4.0.0. You may already know this, but 'Enter' and 'Shift +
Enter' do work as you would expect for going down/up by just a line;
you can also assign your own desired keys to these as well, in the same
menu location as mentioned above. Hope that helps. ---Dustin
