[Users] How to print Headers on HTML mails ?

Hi,

I needed to print HTML emails including headers, so I found an old
script that Wolfgang Rosner posted to this list back in 2016 (thanks!)
and extended it to handle nested messages and made it a bit flexible.

I'll attach my version. Maybe this could be included in the tools/
directory of the Claws-Mail distribution, so not everyone starts from
scratch ?

To use it, you need to create an Action
/path/to/claws-render-html.pl < %p
