[Users] re-reading from a pop server

I have an email that is sitting in my online mail reader that is not in claws-mail.

The problem is that i can't tell if it didn't download or if it did and i deleted it without realizing it.

Is there a way to get claws-mail to "re-read" the email sitting on the server (pop) ?

So for example the current fetch says there are 68 mails present, which are the emails inside my expiration window.

Can i force it to re-read the 68 emails ?
