[Users] CM & File > Exit

I have CM 3.17.8 on Manjaro and my wife uses CM 3.17.8 on Opensuse
Leap 15.2.

File > Exit:
* Manjaro: Shift-Enter
* Leap 15.2: Ctrl-Q (the standard close app on Linux)

1. Why the difference?
2. How can I set mine (Manjaro) to have exit as Ctrl-Q?
