[Users] "Mark as ham" using Bogofilter

Thanks for clarification, Paul. Appreciate the reply.

No, for me anyway the instructions are not obvious that grouped 
messages will be recognized "Learn as spam" or "Learn as ham."
From what's written it's perfectly plausable that they'd have to be 
selected one at at time.

But it is nice to know that grouping works.  Again, thanks.
