[Users] flatpack updates -- use or refuse?

I very much doubt that that is the case. The flatpack claws-mail offers less
(last time I looked) than the official release tarball. It certainly doesn't
add anything which isn't already present.

Can't speak for the Mint's package system, but in general it is always a good
idea to install updates.
