Newsgroups? Feeds? Anyway, for every feed you want to keep but not to
refresh, edit the properties (right-click the folder and "Feed
properties"), un-check "use default refresh interval" and set the
refresh interval to 0, see the "set to 0 to disable automatic
refreshing for this feed" note?
