[Users] flatpack updates -- use or refuse?

Hello, everyone.

I am using 64 bit Mint 19.0 with some Flatpack packages.
Flatpack was installed because I could not get mail from ATT servers
(e.g., bellsouth.net) using "pure" Claws-Mail.

I realize that Flatpack does not work perfectly with Claws-Mail
(e.g., Dillo won't work, and I have no spell-checker). This morning
Mint 19 offered me some Flatpack updates and I'm wondering if I should load
them and hope Flatpack then plays more nicely with Claws-Mail, or if I
should ignore these updates?

This is what's being offered:

New version: 1.0.9-0ubuntu0.3

Packages included in this update:
flatpak
gir1.2-flatpak-1.0
libflatpak0

Your wisdom is appreciated.
Thank you.
