[Users] [Bug 4465] New: Pref. "Enable coloration of message text" should respect GTK+ theme colors

I filed bug #4465 to report that the "Enable coloration of message
text" preference fails to take the GTK+ theme colors into account and
thus fails horribly depending on the color scheme.

I see that the bug has been closed as "invalid", with no indication as
to why, only a link to this mailing list.

So here I am, wondering what is "invalid" about that bug report.
