[Users] is custom keyboard shortcut possible ?

Is it possible to change or assign the "Redo" function to Crtl+Shift+Z ? Several programs are using this already by default (for example, LibreOffice, Inkscape, Vivaldi browser, Firefox browser, PSPad editor) or can be customized by user (Geany editor) and so [for me] Claws Mail breaks a trend (which is also very convenient and/or ergonomic).
