[Users] On-the-fly disable some POP accounts ?

Is there a fast way to disable several POP accounts (say, for testing purposes) ? I went by the 'Edit accounts' configurator but then there was still the automated polling cycle, and i had to uncheck auto-polling in every account.

It seems i can do the trick with going 'offline' and then only the Get Mail button works, but i also will get a lot of 'override' popups.
