[Users] Anyone using CM 3.18 with openSUSE Leap 15.3 and Fancy plugin?

Hi,

Is anyone using CM 3.18 with openSUSE Leap 15.3 and Fancy plugin? The
version of CM provided by openSUSE doesn't seem to include fancy. Do I
need to install any extra libraries?

I'm not experienced with compiling/installing software, but if that's
the route I have to go, so be it.
