[Users] Cloned account on moving server, incoming mail still goes to old inbox

Paul, it's an IMAP account.

Since your last mail I tried setting inbox and 
local_inbox in accountrc to #imap<user@<account name>/INBOX.

It seems odd for inbox and local_inbox to equal #mh/Mailbox/inbox in
accountrc when the account in an IMAP one.  But it's working fine on my
Ubuntu install like that.

This seems to have fixed the location of mails from other domains, but
local deliveries (from and to the same mailserver) don't appear
anywhere, though they are in the Maildir folder on the server.

The account name contains a space, could that be a problem?

I'm wondering whether to change back the numbering of the two accounts,
and swap back over their order in accountrc.  Then use Edit accounts to
move the live account 2 to the top in the folder list.  I think it may
have worked when it was like that before.

I've checked folderlist.xml and that I think only references Account 1,
the default live account.  The folderitem entries don't contain paths
so I can't see which folders they refer to.
