[Users] Filtering and regular expressions

CM 3.17.8 on Leap

I receive a whole bunch of spam from weboptimizes.com in html without
the proper html mime type. They not only use weboptimizes.com but
also a whole bunch of variations like web-optimize.com
weboptimize.com and so on.

I tried: filter > crete new > heder > from: *optimiz*.com (use
regex on). 

I select that email and it doesn't work when I try tools > filter
selected messages.

What should my regex be?
