Take a look at bug 4387.  I've been working on updating the Windows
build, and the bug has links to prebuilt installers if you want to test
it out.

There's currently an issue between claws and cairo on windows (no
functional problems, just bad rendering performance) that I'm
hoping to get sorted out soon.
