[Users] VPN - can't get mail

I tried contacting the VPN seller, but they were clueless. After a bit
of unsuccessful trial and error I canceled my account with them for a
refund and signed up with a different VPN. So far, no problems getting
mail, even though I am in the US and my IP address is now in Malmö.
