[Users] How claws mail treats and deals with new and unread messages?

You seem to have a problem with me. I am talking about the notification
process i described in the other discussion. In the account i have in CM
and TB, i compose a new message in TB. For the draft saved for this
message, CM makes a notification appear. More details are in the other
discussion.
