[Users] unable to delete 1 mail

Have a look at /Help/Icon Legend to see what that icon indicates.

The problem seems unrelated to that, and it is likely that you have locked
that message. You can display the Locked column to view and control this, or
you can use the context menu on the message, /Mark/Lock and /Mark/Unlock, or,
from the main window's menu, /Message/Mark/...
