Steps to reproduce:

1. Send yourself a message with a URL containing Cyrillic characters (e.g.
https://гашек.рф/1923-xxxx/rasskaz-o-chernoi-trosti)

2. In the received message left click on the link.

3. Right click on the link and select either available action.

Expected results:

Left click should open the link in the browser. Right click should allow a)
open the link in the browser, b) copy the link.

Actual results:

The link can be neither open nor even copied into clipboard.
