[Users] nesting conditions in matcherrc

Your reply sounds useful, but how can a matcherrc filter test set a tag,
and how can another filter test use that tag as a condition?  Or have I
misunderstood?

For example, in 2 rules. Test for a set of strings, set, e.g., a tag or
a score. Then test for Fred and the tag or score, perhaps unsetting the
tag or zeroing the score as part of the action.
