[Users] Msg saved to draft has wrong rights

We use the #mh folders on a shared partition, to be usable from
multiple logins. The multiple users are members of the same group.

The folders have access bits 2775 (as reported by "stat"), messages
0660 .

This works fine except for drafts. If a user save a msg to drafts, the
message's access bits at 0600, making it unaccesable to other members
on the group.

This happens both on Mint 19.2 XFCE / Claws 3.17.8 and Mint 20.2 XFCE /
Claws 4.0.0 .

The drafts folder properties have the same chmod bits as the other
folders.

Config issue, or bug?
