[Users] a way to do in GTK+3 the same as the former "gtk-button-images = 0" that was in GTK+2 ?

Is there a .css way to show images on standard buttons, i.e. OK, Cancel etc., the same as it was done via "gtk-button-images = 0" from gtkrc ?

(Windows 4.x version)
