email client.

Changes specific to the Windows release are:

* The GTK+ 3 build of Claws defaults to a modified version of GTK's
built-in "win32" theme.  It has been enhanced to provide a more native
look and feel.

* The Fancy plugin has been removed from the GTK+ 3 builds for Windows.
WebKitGTK, the rendering engine used by Fancy, dropped support for
Windows.  The LiteHTML Viewer plugin is available for viewing HTML
messages.

* The LiteHTML Viewer plugin has been updated for smoother rendering
when loading remote content.
