[Users] Claws Mail with LXDE and LXQt desktops

I think this thread is now ready to archive. Since clear direction on
how the end user can get help has been given. The bug for a crash
occurring when changing themes for a specific environment should be
directed to the developers of the package which causes the crash in
another program. In this case LXDE and LXQt, both WM's which are
developed by the same team and who are highly active in development.
Since it is the WM's theme engine causing Claws-mail to crash, the
crash should be brought to their attention LXDE/LXQt team. This is not
a Claws-mail bug.  It maybe a lxde-base/lxrandr command set known bug,
in which case it will be a "will not fix" resolution and the end user
will have to use a local work around, like closing claws before
