(Are there instructions somewhere for the windows build?)

@Paul, you've re-tagged the issue "P3 enhancement".
If it was available before, then Windows users that are using Claws
now have no upgrade path anymore and are stuck with the defects that have been 
fixed in never releases, can you explain why you consider this 
"P3 enhancement"?
