[PATCH] Allow Sieve config without userid without warning

Hi,

I was seeing the "failed reading Sieve config elements" warning when having a
blank userid in the config (using the "Use same authorization as for receiving
mail" option). I propose the attached patch to hide the warning in this case as
it is not a problem.
