Yes. They have an unusual IMAP implementation, IMAP PUSH doesn't
work with any known desktop e-mail client, must manually poll every x
number of minutes. I'm sure it works though, with the Yahoo Mail
Android/iPhone apps...

As a workaround, I can use Tools/Delete duplicated messages on the
folder.
